Physician for the body.  Physician for the soul.Plato

Caressa, a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner, Self-Help Instructor, Empath & Spiritual Intuitive, is dedicated to seeking natural approaches to optimal health, enjoyment in life, healing, and well-being in order to assist in the transformation of your life to be your best Self.  She does this by (1) by empowering and teaching individuals how to know your body with Jin Shin Jyutsu, self-heal, breathe, and keep your life battery charged, (2) how to live a balanced lifestyle through nutrition, exercise, physical, mental, and emotional health, and (3) understanding how powerful our minds are through our thoughts, beliefs, and values.

Caressa is an intuitive life coach who helps people reframe perspectives. She was introduced to the healing arts and music at a very young age due to her upbringing.  Born and raised near Lake Michigan and Chicago, Caressa moved to Los Angeles in 1999.  Her growing passion for music since childhood, laid the foundation for a career in music as an Engineer and later, a Sound Editor for film and TV.  Meanwhile, fitness, health and wellness still held a prominent focus in her life.  The universal connection and healing power of music, the fine-tuned instruments to play each unique melody and beat, the combination and flow of multiple instruments creating a song, and the vibrations of songs touching our soul, reminded her of how we all relate to each other being our own instrument in this world.  When we are in tune, our body, mind and spirit are in harmony.  We connect to what is the essence of our being, our purpose, and our inner song.  In harmony, we flow lovingly and effortlessly in our personal life, with those around us, and through this ever-changing world.  Caressa still loves music, but decided she received more fulfillment helping individuals tune their body instrument. She knows it is her calling to be an example in spreading kindness and love to help make this world a better place now, and for our children.  We can all make this world a better place if we each participate in our evolution.

Starting at 19, Caressa worked years in a chiropractic office testing & rehabilitating CA_bigstock-MeadowDaisies5146108muscle balance, and was the Regional Director of Education.  Her studies in optimal health and healing over 24 years include herbal medicine, yoga (16 years), fitness training, NLP, nutrition, personal health experience, sound healing, Shamanism, essential oils, Reiki, and her favorite and most profound, Jin Shin Jyutsu®. She fell in love with the multifaceted, multilayered nature of this inborn healing art.  Interestingly, JSJ directly relates to music notes, colors, elements, and much, much more in that all, including ourselves, are vibrational energy, intertwined, and part of a whole.  Jin Shin Jyutsu helps us to find our tone, the perfect expression of harmony that exists within everyone.  Caressa has been formally trained in JSJ by some of the original instructors that the foremost teacher of the Art, Mary Burmeister taught.

She’s lived and traveled throughout the world, enjoys volunteering her time in the local community in support of the Concern Foundation, Sacred Service Saturday, Hand to Hand Feeding Project, and as a Pet Partner with her therapy dog, a golden retriever, Amber.  She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

CA_wishWildflower-MtShastaOPTCaressa helps people rewrite stories in order to stop telling old, boring, non-existent, irrelevant, un-serving stories that keep you stagnant and unhappy in life. She asks simple yet deep powerful questions.  The quality of your questions, equal the quality of your life.

All healing requires a corresponding change of belief.  One cannot heal the body with the thing/thought that made it sick.  Caressa believes the holistic model of health, whole self, in which we realize how important nutrition, beliefs, personal practices, exercise, prevention, psychology, and optimal intentional living are to having vibrant health.  Your health is connected to the health of society.

Time to change the world, and to know what your part is now.  Each of us has a personal calling that is as unique as a fingerprint.  The best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.

Spirit is defined as each individual’s personal relationship to the Divine.  The Divine may be described in whatever way an individual chooses.  To Caressa, what is most Divine is Love.  Love can move mountains, has the power to heal…the power to bring people together…the power to change our world.  Be all the love you are, participate in the evolution of your being and our planet, be the best you can be, and make a conscious effort to make a difference in our world.  Awaken to your own truth.  Be contagious in kindness.

Caressa continues her exploration of holistic wellness, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and helping others with genuine love, compassion, & devotion while sharing her wisdom & experience to help others awaken to their own truth, and FLOW.

I FLOW, DO YOU?
